Committing to 10 sessions (with 1 free session included) takes 2 1/2 months. It takes at least 2-3 months of practicing anything new to enter the “action phase” of behavioral and physiological development = making actual changes in the body and brain! This is when the beginnings of neuroplasticity (brain entrainment) start to kick in and your body starts recognizing the changes setting in. 

 

Twenty Pack

Committing to 20 sessions (with 2 free sessions included) takes 5 1/2 months. At least 5-6 months of practice is suggested to lock into the “maintenance phase” of change, where your brain has picked up the new habits and it becomes the “regular” patterning of your Self-system.

Committing to 40 sessions (with 4 free sessions included) takes 11 months, almost a year of practice. Any true transformation in health and lifestyle really takes 1-4 years to fully take root.
